#2 Global shipping is grinding to a halt because of the refusal of banks to issue letters of credit. Quick, someone alert the Somali pirates, that deposit in the undisclosed bank account hasn't cleared yet. If it's grinding to a halt, why are the Somalis still landing so many fresh 'catches'? |
