#5 I can think of a few industries that might benefit from this approach -- mostly manufacturing that's getting bogged down with environmental regulations. Probably still cheaper to pollute Mexico and China, but still a good idea to keep in the back of owns mind. |

#4 I suspect it would be way too expensive. In addition, salt air isn't particularly kind to computer equipment. Google needs to stick to its knitting. |

#2 Why not? I seriously considered moving my practice onto a boat flagged offshore, billing / collecting from a tax haven, and docking only in T/J to avoid having a taxable situs in the US. Figured I could work 3 days/week and take home more than I do from my typical 6-7 day workweek played by the rules. |
