#8 I read/heard somewhere that during WWII, she cut off her trademark bangs to be a role model for the Rosie The Riveters (concerns were long hair getting caught in moving parts in the war plants). Without her look, her career nosedived and never recovered. Can you imagine any of the A-List actresses today giving a rat's ass about the WOT? |
