The dead was identified as Absal Hossain, 38, son of Monser Ali of Taherhuda village and a close aide to slain Janajuddha kingpin Dada Tapan.

Officer-in-Charge of Harinakunda Police Station Abdul Khalek said they arrested Absal Hossain at Taherhuda village on Tuesday afternoon.
"Howdy, Absal. Why don't you come down to the station with us and have a talk."
