Quetta blast kills girl, injures 12 |

Around two-dozen banks and offices of insurance companies and cellular companies are situated in the area. "The deceased girl was a beggar, she succumbed to her wounds during surgery in the Quetta Civil Hospital," Police chief Muhammad Akbar told Reuters. The girl's father was also injured in the blast, according to staff report. The injured policemen included four traffic constables. Separately, a blast damaged the boundary wall of a school in Kohlu, APP reported. Two electricity towers were destroyed in the Kohlu and Rakhni areas. A gas pipeline was blown up in Dera Bugti. A large section of the pipeline was destroyed, suspending the gas supply to the plant. |
