Ahhh yes…“positive action”…this must be as opposed to “negative inaction”. Of course the “inaction” is on the part of the government – not the individual. One gets the impression that the motivations for initiatives such as these are not designed to “boost minority employment” but rather to ensure employment for those with Social Science degrees. |

#1 Obviously the recruitment standards are onerous and excessive, which clearly points to institutionalized racism. I recommend they consider contracting the recruitment task to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport Authority. |
