BAGHDAD - A Kurdish police officer was killed on Thursday and six members of the Kurdish security forces were wounded in an explosion in the city of Kirkuk, some 250 kilometres north of Baghdad, media reports said.The Voices of Iraq (VOI) news agency said that a vehicle bomb targeted a Kurdish patrol in KirkukÂ’s Qods street. The blast killed a police officer and wounded six members of the Kurdish forces.
