A roadside bomb killed a pregnant mother in the Somali capital Tuesday and wounded four other people, including her two young children, witnesses said. The dead mother, Ismahan Hussein, was walking along Maka-al-Mukarama Road at the heart Mogadishu when the bomb detonated.The target of the bomb was an armored truck transporting soldiers and military officers to the Central Bank, security sources said. The impact of the explosion caused damage to the back of the truck, but none of the soldiers on board was hurt. Government troops rushed to the scene and sealed off the area, as they searched for the perpetrators of this horrendous crime. No one was arrested.
