Body found in street with arrow in chest |

![]() Police responding to calls on Tuesday about a traffic accident victim "found that the victim on the street had died from an arrow in his chest", Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Maribel Rizo said. The victim was identified as Angel Martinez, whom some locals often saw in the neighbourhood. Police have made no arrests. |
