Fourteen militants surrendered to security forces on Tuesday in Kabal tehsil of the troubled Swat region where a military operation continues, sources said on Tuesday. The troops pounded MattaÂ’s Puchar area. Curfew in the district was relaxed from 6am to 8pm, during which a large number of people visited bazaars and business centres in Mingora, Khozakhela, Barikot and Kabal.
