(KUNA) -- Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Fatah movement said on Thursday it bombed an Israeli military site with mortar fire. The Brigades said in a statement that its fighters fired three mortar shells towards the zionist military Migen near Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza Strip.According to the statement, the attack was carried out despite the presence of intense enemy planes in the Gaza Strip's skies. The zionist artillery fired back at the location, adding that the fighters have returned to their bases unharmed.
The Brigades said that the bombing came in retaliation for the blood of martyrs and the wounded, and in response for to the repeated incursions against "our people and an affirmation of the approach of jihad and resistance until the occupiers are defeated."
