| #4 Usually negotions involve two parties both wanting a similar outcome but disagreeing on how to get there. When one party is dedicated to the extermination of the other, don't expect much progress. |

| #2 ya, ya. Abbas can hardly make nicey over har homa, or Hamas will give him grief. Even if everybody knows the Pals will ONLY get Arab populated parts of Jerusalem, which Har Homa is not. Meanwhile the talks have begun. |
