Six teenagers were killed and four injured when a powerful bomb blast ripped through a madrassa here in district Qila Saifullah on Monday, police said. When some students tried to check the bag Khaliq left behind, it exploded. The dead children have been identified as Hafiz Abdul Aziz, Rafiullah, Abdul Malik, Abdul Rauf, Mohammad Asif and Abdul Jabbar. The injured include Mohammad Musa, Mohammad Omar, Khairullah and Mohammad Alam. Around fifty children are enrolled in the madrassa. Provincial police official Mohammad Asif told Reuters that the madrassaÂ’s principal has been taken into custody for interrogation.
