Former premier Nawaz Sharif telephoned Pakistan PeopleÂ’s Party (PPP) Chairwoman Benazir Bhutto and condemned explosions that hit her convoy late on Thursday, ARY reported. Nawaz expressed solidarity with those who were killed and injured in the blasts. He said the government must have taken enough security measures. He said the government didnÂ’t pay any heed to suicide attack threats to Benazir Bhutto. He said no one in Pakistan was happy over law and order. He said Pakistan would have reached a better national reconciliation if he had been allowed to stay in Pakistan. |
