#2  how about adding the truth?:
"Scores of people have lost their lives in such incidents in south Lebanon... The cluster munitions were used in response to an across-border attck by Hezbollah which killed Israeli soldiers and abducted hostages. Both actions violate International law. Hezbollah is an armed militia funded by Syria and Iran and operates by their bidding, not in any Lebanese interests. Hezbollah also uses civilians' homes, schools and hospitals for weapons centers, often holding civilians hostages as human shields. All these actions are violations of International law. The cluster munitions would not be there but for Iran, Syria, and their puppet terrorist's actions"
