Dream warriors: Our enemies fight for fantasies, not freedom By Ralph Peters

#4  I had suggested pretty much the same, Moose... a couple of years ago.

"And finally, show us and the Islamic world as a footnote, the remains of dead jihadis, bits and pieces of their gruesome dead bodies, all mixed in with bits of metal from suicide bombs, dead in the dirt like so much garbage, or shot down like a dog by an American sniper. . . Show how clear and inglorious is the modern jihad, shoveled into an unmarked, un-mourned grave. Throw it all back in their faces— credited, and exhaustively footnoted— every ugly boast, word and deed."

It was one of a series of points in this memo.

#3  This is why I advocate breaking up their fantasies with an information campaign that shows pictures of the dismembered, rotting bodies of jihadists, covered in flies and looking awful.

With literally thousands of photographs like that, and thumbnail pictures of the Mullahs and Imams who sent them to their deaths, if known, it would go a great length to ruin their fantasies of heaven and virgins and shit like that.

It should be mirrored all over the Internet, so anyone looking to find jihad-friendly sites would be bound to discover some iteration of it.

#2  In this new age of atavism and wars spawned by the most elementary human impulses — religious fervor and ethnic supremacy — we need to come to grips with the true roots of mass violence, that ecstatic phenomenon that serves the human-aggregate as the equivalent of the individual's sexual passion and release.

Which neatly explains Islamic Rage Boy.
