I'm linking to The Politico's coverage, you can poke thru Michelle Malkin and Hot Air and the rest of the usual suspects for additional commentary. I'm not up to a trip to Kosistan, sorry.

#11  NS, honey - Petraeus is even better that Ike.

#10  Petraeus may not be a Caesar, but he might be an Ike.

#9  I'm not sure we are fortunate Petraus is no Caesar. I'd line up the entire group of them if I could.

At least PLEASE give me term limits.

#8  Is there any way to have a reasonable discussion with these kind of people in the liniage?

They have a worms eye view.

It took nearly 10 minutes to get these raving fools out of the place. Did they not forget, we are listening to Petraues and NOT them? I have listened to these morally bankrupt idiots for six years. It is hard to get clarification on One issue, much less the thousands we have. And pitching a fit in the very serious atmosphere kind of looked stupid as well wasted my time. If you want to be disruptive that way, go back to kindergarten where you get your fanny spanked. Because you need a BIG SPANKING.You big fools. If you want to be serious, act serious and know whom to blame for the grievance. Start with me.

#7  I had to turn the TV off - my BP can't handle listening to any more Congresscritters. I have no doubt the General would rather be on the receiving end of an artillary barrage.

It certainly confirms my utter loathing for the vast majority of Congress. ... I'll stop there before I end up in the sinktrap.

#6  Fortunately for all of us, Petraeus is no Caesar.

#5  If I was Petraeus, I would be considering Crossing the Rubicon after this hearing.

#4  Lantos used to be my Rep. He is a Holocaust survivor, bit has somehow become your typical Kalifornia moonbat.

#3  Did he have funny hair and a strange accent (like he's from Transylvania or something)? That'd be (Tom?) Lantos from Mexiforniastan.

I saw him earlier this morning blathering on and on and on about how the US needs to pull out completely now, not sometime in the future.

#2  I think the reason they do that hazing thing to plebes at West Point is to prepare them for facing congressional committees.

#1  I just saw a bit on Fox in the breakroom. I'm terrible with names but one Democratic Senator basically accused Petraeus of outright lying.
