Osama Bin Laden will release another video this week to present the last testament of one of the September 11 suicide bombers, the media arm of Al-Qaida announced today. The announcement came in a banner advertisement posted on an Islamic militant website often used by al-Qaida to release messages. It was signed by Al-Sahab, al-Qaida's media operation. It said: "Coming soon, God willing, the testament of the attacks on New York and Washington, Abu Musab Waleed al-Shehri, presented by Sheik Osama Bin Laden, God preserve him."
