At least 10 suspected Meanwhile, two schools in the district were torched and a electric pole was felled, temporarily obstructing traffic on a local road. The police believed that the attacks were retaliation for recent security operations, in which many suspects have been detained for questioning. In Narathiwat, soldiers, patrolling a railway track in Cho Ai Rong district found 20 bolts removed from a section of railway track near a bridge. Police investigators believed that the attackers hoped to derail a passing train as it crossed a nearby bridge. |
