#2 China's State Administration for Religious Affairs (SARA) issued a set of regulations on reincarnation of Tibetan living Buddhas I can see it now: 1. One reincarnation only to a customer. 2. May not be doubled, no duplicate lifetimes will be honored. 3. Only one spin at the Wheel of Dharma™ per applicant. 4. All entrants must be willing to undergo prolonged starvation. 5. No Uighurs need apply. 6. No robe, no haircut, no sandals, no service. |

#1 "All the reincarnations of living Buddhas of Tibetan Buddhism must get government approval, otherwise they are illegal or invalid." Making Mao proud. |
