| #3 I dunno, apart from the obligatory Bush-blast, it seems like he really does like the place ;) Certainly, I have problems explaining my understanding of the Constitution and States' laws to people here. They always assume that the Federal government is the uber-ruler, and when I point out that States have their own Constitutions and laws, it usually comes as a surprise... |

| #2 Here 2-1/2 years and he still doesn't understand the Constitution. As I've told Brits, it's in English, you should be able to understand it. |
