| #5 Uhhhh....the discovery phase is going to be interesting. It seems they really don't cair about that. I think they just want to intimidate people with the threats of lawsuits and expect their deep Saudi pockets to wear down any defense of those that don't fold right away. The case of the Islamic Society of Boston is a good case in point. After 3 1/2 years the intimidation process is still ongoing despite losses in court. |
