TAMPA, Fla. — Jessica Sierra, a former "American Idol" contestant, was belligerent with Tampa police when she was arrested on battery charges Sunday. Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said when Sierra was arrested she was uncooperative. The man, Wisan Hadad of Tampa, suffered a laceration over his eye. "Upon booking, a small amount of cocaine was found in her possession," Davis said.

She was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility.
