No government in Somalia, Islamic leader says |

![]() When asked who are involved in the fighting going on in Somalia, Sheik Ahmed said the Somali society who could not stand with the Ethiopian occupation wage the war. That doesn't answer the question, does it? Also asked whether the Islamic Courts are part of the fighting in Mogadishu, Sheik responded that it is unnecessary for the Islamic Courts to join the war but the people of Somalia now fighting against the Ethiopians. He described what is going on in the capital as massacre on the civilians and he expressed his deep sorrow over the civilian casualty which killed or injured by the artillery shells. Sheik also said in his interview that it was very surprising to hear the statement by the interim government in which it declared to hold national reconciliation conference inside Mogadishu. |
