Hadfi, a Moroccan, initially fled to Germany. He was finally arrested and sent back to France, where he was indicted for "acts of torture and barbarity leading to a permanent disability". Prosecutor Dominique Tourette demanded that Hadfi be sentenced to 30 years in prison, two thirds of which must be served in full, calling the defendant a "diabolic torturer". Once his sentence is served, Hadfi will be deported and barred from ever returning to France. His lawyer Jean-Pierre Cabanes meanwhile insisted there were extenuating circumstances.

#7 For some reason, everyone is missing it: "Mohamed Hadfi, 31, tore out his 23-year-old wife Samira Bari's eyes . . . AFTER SHE REFUSED TO HAVE SEX WITH HIM." I again refer readers to the "virgins on the car hood" post. These disgusting pieces of criminality (read Moslem male) need to be eliminated from the world. And note, it's a WESTERN country (and a weak one at that) which is taking action. If it had happened in a MOSLEM country, nothing would happen, and Samira would most likely become a target of rape and other hideous crimes because of her blindness. Just IMAGINE what it would actually take, psychologically, emotionally, and physically, to RIP a young woman's eyes out, and you'll have a real good idea of what these guys are all about. They're a bunch of immoral, sex-crazed, brain-dead, arrogant, selfish little bastards, capable of NOTHING worthwhile, and underserving of life. And all the guy gets is 20 years in prison? Big deal. |

#6 Translation: She was forced to marry him, didn't want to but, since it is the Religion of Peace, had to or dishonor the family and we all know where that leads. The only way to fight back was deny sex. The "Groom", having been taught all his life that was what marriage and women were for and being all hormoned up, didn't want to be a martyr so he took it out on his wife. No raisins for him. Now he'll never have any nooky. Watch out for those lonely inmates, Dood! |

#5 "This is the result of a marriage that was arranged, not chosen," he said, pointing to the gulf separating his client, who came from southern Morocco…” Ahhh yesss…the ole “Cultural Time bomb” defense. |

#4 A PINT BEFORE IT STARTS A man came home from work, sat down in his favorite chair, turned on the tely, and said to his wife, "Quick bring me a beer before it starts." She looked a little puzzled, but brought him a pint. When he finished it, he said, "Quick, bring me another pint. It's gonna start" This time she looked a little angry, but brought him another pint. When it was gone, he said, "Quick, get me another pint before it starts." "Thats it!" She blows her top. "You bastard! You waltz in here, flop your fat arss down, don't even say bloody hello to me and then expect me to run around like your slave fetching you pint after pint. Don't you realize I cook, and clean, and wash, and iron all day long??" The husband sighed and said, "Oh bugger, it's started." |

#1 I'm not too sure what kind of extenuating circumstances there are for ripping out somebody's eyes. My guess is some sort of extroverted Oedipus complex. Maybe she looked like his Mum. |
