| North Korea's propaganda chief has disappeared from public view, South Korea's spy agency said yesterday, amid a report that his name and photograph were being airbrushed out of the national record after he fell out of favo They should ask other propaganda agencies like Reuters...nobody uses airbrushing any more, it's all Photoshop now.
