#3 They might be using a time-tested principle: that a truly incompetent, ineffective enemy leader is better than just about anybody who would replace him. Therefore, concentrate on his lieutenants that show promise, to insure that as much as possible of what the enemy does is wasted, fruitless, and frustrating. |
