Commonwealth fights Hicks legal action |

![]() Mr Hicks's military lawyer Major Michael Mori says he visited him last week. "He's starting his sixth year of confinement in Guantanamo, I think everyone can understand that's been a very difficult situation locked in a box," he said. Excellent! The Commonwealth says the proceedings should be dismissed because the case has no prospect of success. In court today a date was set in February to hear the Commonwealth's attempt to have the case struck out. |
