#28 Have faith. Joe will be fine. |
Posted by: Shipman 2006-11-25 16:13 |
#27 Hmm, this will be interesting. A suggestion: lock-out background colors that belong to the mods (and colors that are close to mod colors). That way if you see Also, strike-through isn't an included option yet. But this is working on a Mac and Opera. |

#24 I can't wait to see what Joe does with this. The spell checker no longer works with Firepfox 2.0 on the Mac. |
Posted by: Nimble Spemble 2006-11-25 16:01 |
#23 Okay. I've switched them. Keep in mind that the rich text version adds an unwanted carriage return that I can't seem to persuade to leave and that preview doesn't work. On the other hand, it alsø gives you the opportunity tô turn the Burg into the most hideous site on the worldwide web by injudicious overuse of formatting. |
Posted by: Fred 2006-11-25 15:58 |
#22 If you were using a PC with Vista, you'd not see anything new either. |
Posted by: Nimble Spemble 2006-11-25 15:51 |
#21 This is from my Mac on Opera. I don't see any new options other than the usual. Wondering what's new ... |

#19 Whew! With the inability to express Myself through comments, I was starting to sew up a bomb vest. Never meddle in the affairs of servers, for they are subtle and quick to core-dump. |

#10 Okay. I put preview back the way it was, too. |
Posted by: Fred 2006-11-25 12:14 |
#9 Trying with Internet Exploder... Second line... Third line... Nope. Paragraph separation in Preview is still titzup... |
Posted by: Dave D. 2006-11-25 12:07 |
#8 Yep, it posted OK; but Preview was AFU. |
Posted by: Dave D. 2006-11-25 12:03 |
#7 Hmmm. Something seems to be wrong with the Preview function: it's putting everything into a single paragraph and ignoring line breaks. This should appear on a separate line, with a blank line separating it from the above paragraph. But preview puts it all into one block... |

#6 "is it harmful to ones health to have snark block?" Absolutely! There are two equally-effective treatments: 1. Go to the bookstore, get yourself a copy of "Chicken Soup for the Rantburg Soul", boil it in some chicken broth, and chew on it, or... 2. Stalk Zenster and scream "genocide" every time he regurgitates his "kill-them-all" spew. I advocate #2 since the book is hard to find and Zenster's sputtering response is always satisfying. |
