Police, eyewitnesses say US helicopters attack Sadr city

The horror!
(KUNA) -- Five Iraqis were injured when a US helicopter launched an offensive on a neighborhood in Sadr city in Baghdad Friday, said the Iraqi police and eyewitnesses. According to both sources, the helicopters opened fire on sectors 21 and 22 in Al-Kiyara area in Sadr city which is considered a stronghold for supporters of Shiite leader Moqtada Al-Sadr. Among the injured were a woman and a boy, who were sent to Imam Ali ibin Abi Taleb hospital for treatment, added the sources.

Sadr city witnessed a series of explosions yesterday which resulted in the death of about 202 citizens and the injury of 250 others. Although a curfew was imposed by the government to prevent attacks from occurring, several Iraqi cities witnessed different kinds of attacks which resulted in the death and injury of 90 Iraqis.

Round two; "W" will have to 'put up or shut up', and the American people has already warned him what they want. #1  I think I saw where the helos were returning fire against a position that was launching rockets at them. Not sure they were 'attacking' Sadr City at all.
