Intelligence agencies have located Brahmdag Bugti, grandson of the late Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti, in Kabul and have asked the Afghan government to hand him over to Pakistani authorities, sources said on Thursday. Sources said the intelligence agencies were informed that Brahmdag was in Kandahar, but he soon moved his hideout to Kabul. They said that Pakistani agencies had asked their Afghan counterparts to hand over Brahmdag to them because he was involved in several murder and terrorism cases in Pakistan. Sources said the Afghan government would soon hand over Brahmdag to the Pakistani authorities because the latter had provided evidence against the Baloch tribal leaderÂ’s grandson. |
