#1 Maybe Musharraf could study how the US Bureau of Indian Affairs (& predecessors) managed the American 'tribal areas' back in the 1800's? Andrew Jackson & the Tenn. Cherokee? Chief Joseph? A few slip-ups like Little Big Horn, but overall, no troubles out of the reservations in over a century. (sarc - mostly) |
