| #1 I don't think Iraq is as much of a liability as is claimed by liberal pundits. The President stressed openness and flexibility in combat tactics, last week. A last minute media blitz could point the finger for the lack of pacificization in Iraq, on Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia (at least anti-regime forces). If the Dems blame GWB, then Republicans could paint them into the corner on what they would do about the bloody interveners. |
