Not great, but a lot of not-as-bad-as-you-might-think. 312,000 trained and equipped Iraqi police and military "During the week of October 11-17, electricity availability averaged 6.2 hours per day in Baghdad and 12.7 hours nationwide. Electricity output for the week was 16% above the same period in 2005." Crude oil production is hovering new the Ministry goal. |
