(KUNA) -- The Palestinian Fatah movement declared on Monday responsibility for a rocket attack on the town of Askalan, South of Israel. In a statement circulated here today, the Ahmad Abulrish Martyr Brigades, an armed wing of the Palestinian Fatah movement, said that one of its groups have been able to launch four Amro-3 rockets on the town of Askalan in southern Israel.According to the statement, "the missiles hit its target accurately and the group returned to their bases safely". The statement emphasized that "this bombing came in response to the crimes of the Israeli occupation". It confirmed "to continue resistance and rejection of all upcoming calming bids".
