| #3 One of the many steps, ignoring the intent of the law for the appointment of high officials, was one of the landmarks towards the end of the Roman Republic and the arrival of Caesar. Keep tinkering with it to try to fix the outcome and you'll end up with an outcome you didn't expect. |
