ISLAMABAD: A provisional autopsy report received by the Foreign Office late on Wednesday night states that Amir Cheema died of strangulation in his jail cell in Germany, Daily Times has learnt. A source privy to the meeting told Daily Times that the report mentioned the cause of death as strangulation, but it also said there were no injury marks around his neck and Amir's hands were tied with laces. The sources said the report did not make clear whether it was suicide or not.
