A District and Sessions judge in Peshawar has dismissed the bail applications of two Algerian men, who are wanted by intelligence agencies for interrogation in President Musharraf assassination attempt case. The two Algerians Abul Ghayas and Abu Safyan had moved their bail applications before District and Sessions Judge Shah Jehan after Trial Court Judge Mohammad Tufail had cancelled their bail after receiving bail cancellation applications from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Shah Jehan, upholding the trial court decision, refused to grant bail to the two Algerians. |
