| Aide to Abdul Sabah captured |

| Militant leader of Urus-Martan district known as Salem has been detained in Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, a source on the distinct administration told Interfax on the phone on Monday. Investigators have established that the detainee was an aide of Abdul Sabah, an Arab emissary of foreign extremists in Chechnya. Also on Sunday law enforcers detained two more militants in Grozny who are suspected of organizing terrorist acts in Chechnya. |
