| #1 Good read! And this from a former CEO of CBS and Gannett..... The word âtreason,â which according to my dictionary means the âViolation of allegiance toward oneâs country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of oneâs country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies,â needs to be revived and used, since many so-called Americans are âconsciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.â We all have a choice. When we are at war, we can all choose to join together under our president, regardless of his or her party affiliation, in order to win, preserve our nation and stay freeâORâwe can surrender and allow the flag of another nation, or culture, to fly over our nationâs capitol, while we silently fold away âOld Glory,â with its red, white and blue colors, for another future generation which will follow the footsteps of our founding fathers and be brave enough to free its people and grant them independence once again. Patrick Henry said, âGive me liberty or give me death.â He made his choice. What is yours? |
