RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, July 11 (UPI) -- Saudi security forces arrested eight people suspected of links with terrorist activities in the city of Arar in northern Saudi Arabia, reports said Monday. The daily al-Watan quoted Interior Ministry spokesman Brig. Gen. Mansour Turki as saying, "The detainees are being interrogated to verify the suspicions which led to their arrests."It was not immediately known if any of those arrested were included in an official list of 36 wanted terror suspects issued by the Saudi authorities last month.
