Remarkable attitude change when confronted by Indian Air Force attack helicopters
 U.N. peacekeeping troops in the Democratic Republic of Congo say an ongoing "show of force" operation is initially successful at a park in Walungu Province. Monday's operation Falcon Sweep involved a helicopter drop of Guatemalan and Pakistani peacekeepers in Kahuzi Bega National Park in eastern Congo, said a U.N. spokesman on Wednesday. In a report to U.N. headquarters peacekeepers said 150 Rwandan rebels "threateningly encircled" Pakistani peacekeepers who took a "defensive posture" with their Guatemalan counterparts. After the Pakistani commander called in Mi-35 attack helicopters "as a deterrent," the "attitude" of the rebels "immediately changed and they quickly ran away dispersed." The report said one of the operation's objectives was "area domination and show of force." All peacekeepers "returned to Kavmu Airbase safe and sound" the report said.
