Day-to-day rule of the world's biggest oil exporter passed to his half-brother Crown Prince Abdullah after his stroke. "He didn't go to hospital. He had a medical examination. Nothing has changed," one Saudi source. Saudi Arabia's stock market lost 4.69 percent in morning trade to 11,959 points, before recovering some of those losses by mid-afternoon.
