| #3 The "terrorists" on television are almost certainly not actors but genuine detainees arrested by the security forces on suspicion of being part of the insurgency. I'm not a terrorist, but I play one on TV. |

| #1 Interesting... Rantburg posted it yesterday or the day before. FT.com's forums had a schism when they became selectively moderated like BBC's comments. The more open FT posters (including yours truely) moved to a new site: Serious Topics and continued their discussions. I post a link to the Rantburg story here in Serious Topics and with today's FT.Com story the circle becomes complete. FT has been led to Rantburg. (Of course they have been here before too...) I really love the web! |
