| #4 I believe it was the IAEA that at one time also applauded North Korea and Saddam for their cooperation. Then the Israelis bombed the Iraqi nuke plant. |

| #3 The IAEA doesn't need to be bought -- El Baradei used to head up the Egyptian nuclear effort. For him its a matter of principle. .com, those concoms are marked XX-small, right? And the 12" ones are marked Medium? |
