Shoichi Nakagawa, Japan's economy, trade and industry minister now visiting Pakistan, told Japanese reporters on Saturday that he wanted to restart yen loans to help peaceful development in Pakistan. Mr Nakagawa met President, Prime Minister and Commerce Minister.
