Add to this the recent bizarre phrase from French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin. The head of the Figaro press group went to see him about the kidnapping of two French journalists in Iraq; Raffarin assured him they would soon be freed, reportedly saying, "The Iraqi insurgents are our best allies." |

#5 France hasn't changed much since the 1789 French Revolution, when they delighted in cutting off the heads of beautiful young women simply because they belonged to the aristocracy. They killed off their best and most talented and accomplished citizens then, and they haven't looked back since. No wonder the Iraqi insurgents are their "best allies." They make the French long for their head-severing days. |

#2 French duplicity is now so pervasive that even their centuries-old tradition of treachery, hypocrisy, and cowardice can no longer conceal the truth. I suppose that the accursed leaders of Froggistan, such as they are, will soon present us with a bill for the damage we caused to Omaha Beach, as well as for looted wine, bloodstained cobblestones and severed hedgerows. Who knows? Kerry might pay it. |
