| THE U.S. HAS PRESENTED EVIDENCE TO SYRIAN PRESIDENT BASHAR AL-ASAD ABOUT THE INVOLVEMENT OF SYRIAN OFFICIALS IN PROVIDING SAFE HAVEN TO FORMER IRAQI OFFICIALS TO ORGANIZE AND CARRY OUT TERRORIST ACTIVITIES AGAINST THE MULTINATIONAL FORCE IN IRAQ.
