Polish security experts confirmed on Thursday they had found traces of explosives on the clothes of a French photographer arrested earlier this month on suspicion of preparing a terror attack. "The result of the study will be presented during the day to the prosecutor in charge of the matter," security services spokesman Dariusz Bogaczyk told AFP. "Traces of explosives have been found," he said. "The only thing that I can say is that the chemical substance discovered are not on sale in shops," he said. The suspect, identified as Michael Neyrolles, 23, was arrested while taking pictures of a gas pumping station. He is under investigation for "preparing actions which can endanger human life and destroy property", officials said. On Wednesday he was visited by the French consul in Poland. |
