| #1 This has been RUMINT for weeks in my circles: THe locals now that they have an Iraqi (non-US) in charge are getting busy chewing up "foreigners", especially non-Arab "Persians" (Iranians and Afghanis) and "Africans" (Egyptians, Algerians, etc). This is one place where Iraqi "Arab Pride" works to the advantage of the Iraqis. |
